What we do

We created psychology-based technology (a watch) to improve focus and collect valuable behavior data. This data gives parents, caregivers, teachers, and clinicians a way to monitor progress, and provides insight into how to help students. Over time, as focus improves, students build confidence, which tends to improve grades!

We strive to give children the skills and empowerment they will need to solve the complex problems our world will face in the future. And we aim to ease the burden that teachers and parents carry, and make their jobs a little less stressful. Who we are

We’re an eclectic group of North Carolinians who actually care about the quality of our products and our customer’s experience. We work hard but also laugh A LOT. We strive to put people first, and R-E-S-P-E-C-T is one of our core values.

Chief Executive Officer

Rich spent much of his career working as a school psychologist specializing in autism spectrum disorders, serving on several school district autism evaluation teams. Rich founded Revibe in 2013 to provide tools and technologies that level the playing field for kids with focus and attention challenges to allow them to reach their fullest potential.  He is truly passionate about helping children with various difficulties overcome obstacles to attain success. He has personally evaluated hundreds of children with various developmental needs, and provided consultation and insight for over one thousand cases.

Fractional Chief Financial Officer

Monty joined Revibe in 2019 to help manage all things financial.  Her past experiences in the financial arena include helping take a leading bioanalytical testing company through a successful acquisition as well as acting as fractional CFO at Ranklin McKenzie, a leading provider of financial personnel.

Director of Technology

Chris joined the Revibe crew in 2017 to help lead new innovations through technology. As a seasoned software architect, programmer and entrepreneur, Chris' background in computer science, business and software development will ensure Revibe stays at the forefront of cutting-edge wearable technology. Like his teammates, Chris has a passion for helping others through technology, as well as interests in innovation and environmental sustainability.

Lead Data Scientist

David graduated from Harvard in 2000 with a BS in Computer Science, earned an MS in Computer Science from NC State and pursued a lengthy stint in Duke’s Computer Science PhD program (2005-2009, ABD). He first heard the term “machine learning” in 1998 in an undergraduate class, and immediately knew it was the coolest thing in the world. Since then he’s applied machine learning towards a variety of pursuits, like finding patterns in DNA and helping students to improve their writing skills. At Revibe, he is leveraging the power of machine learning to analyze multiple forms of data collected by our devices to reveal interesting patterns and insights that our customers can use to monitor and even accelerate their progress.

Marketing Manager

Morgan graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2013 with degrees in Economics and Political Science, and realized her love for marketing during an extended pit stop in corporate tech sales. She joined Team Revibe in 2018 because she knew it would feed her soul, and not just her tummy. A wordsmith at heart, she loves communicating through the various marketing content she produces. Outside of work, she enjoys taking in the beauteous sights of Mother Nature, and cuddle puddling on the couch with her pups during self-mandated Netflix marathons.

Operations & Customer Service Team Lead

After graduating from North Carolina State University in the spring of 2018, Emily joined the Revibe team to help out with operations and customer service. She is now the operations and customer service team lead and ensures that all of our Revibe customers receive top notch service from the ordering process, to shipping, wearing, and beyond. Outside of the office Emily enjoys cuddling with her cats, Ollie and Fifi, and traveling to new places.   

Software Developer

Daniel joined the team in 2018 to help accelerate the development and design of new and existing features for Revibe. He works hard to roll-out innovative tech solutions, and provide helpful technical support for any higher-level questions. Daniel's life long passion for technology, computer science and caring for others help him deliver thoughtful value to Revibe customers.

Order Management Process Lead

Leigh Ann joined the team in late 2016, to help meet the growing demand for Revibe. She is thrilled to be a part of the Revibe team and enjoys helping customers to ensure they have the best experience!  As a mom of two children she understands the day to day challenges we all face on a daily basis and she is happy to help our customers with any needs they may have. Originally from Long Island, she is happy to be settled near Revibe Headquarters in Wake Forest.  Leigh Ann enjoys spending her free time with her husband, two children and two furbabies.

Operations & Customer Service Specialist

Jordan joined our Revibe Team shorty after earning her Bachelor's Degree in Global Studies from The College at Southeastern in 2018. Her genuine love for people shines through as she answers calls from Revibe Customers and ensures that they are well taken care of on a daily basis. Originally from New England, she is a huge Boston Red Sox fan. When she is not speaking with our customers in the office, she enjoys kayaking, painting, and traveling to new places.


Luca arrived at Revibe in 2018. He enjoys climbing trees, looking in two different directions at the same time, and cricket snacks. After a rigorous hiring process, Luca got the job because he was able to adapt quickly to the rapidly changing demands of a fast growing startup. He’s the perfect embodiment of our adaptive technology!
