Marketing Intern


Revibe Technologies Inc., formerly known as FokusLabs Behavioral Solutions, is a Wake Forest, NC based company dedicated to helping children and adults overcome obstacles faced in the classroom and workplace by fusing psychology with technology in the form of the World’s First Focus Tracker.

We are looking for a professional to help us market the Revibe Connect product. This is an active marketing position, we will be asking this position to do work tied directly to making our marketing activities successful.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this position is to support all aspects of our multichannel marketing activities with a focus on content, email marketing, and copywriting.

Detailed Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
  • Respond to live chat from our website

  • Respond to social media messages (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others)

  • Monitor Facebook comments and hide, reply, or private message prospects and customers, guiding them through the customer journey

  • Assist with Facebook Live events and webinars

  • Collect testimonials from parents, educators, and professionals

  • Create and schedule social media posts

  • Monitor Amazon reviews and questions

  • Update website, Amazon, eBay product info

  • Update product documentation (pdfs, emails, etc.)

  • Write blog posts and email templates with proper grammar, following our brand’s voice and tone

  • Lead a community group or forum (such as a facebook group) with a positive, encouraging tone that embodies our company values and facilitates healthy discussion

  • Work in the Wake Forest office 3 to 5 days a week with a min of 15 hours a week
  • Work the same days and hours each week
  • Deep interest and passion for marketing, design and creative work
  • Self-starter, team player, intuitive, empathetic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech savvy and familiar with social media platforms, comfortable learning technical tasks with little to no supervision
  • Willingness and understanding to pick up the phone and speak to customers
  • Comfortable with public speaking, speaking on video, enjoys being a product advocate
  • Emotionally intelligent, can respond appropriately to sensitive concerns from parents of children with special needs
  • Ability to understand basic technical concepts of operating a wearable device, to help customers troubleshoot and solve support inquiries
Not required, but nice to have:
  • Familiar with Photoshop, Google Drive (Docs/Sheets/Slides/Forms), and Zoom

  • Understanding of Shopify

  • Understanding of Facebook Ad Platform

  • Experience marketing a B2C consumer goods product

  • Video editing
