Returns

We offer a 90-day return policy on all Revibe devices. 

For merchandise outside of Revibe devices (t-shirt, coffee mug, etc...), we offer a 30-day return policy for quality issues.

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly at 919-521-8444 and we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return form for eligible requests. 

To qualify for a refund, all of the following criteria must be met:

  •  A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 90 days of your delivery date for Revibe devices, and 30 days for merchandise outside of Revibe devices. 
  • All components originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
  • A copy of the receipt and the completed RMA form (with RMA number) must be included along with your returned product.

What Revibe Technologies Will Do

Revibe will refund the purchase price of units found to be eligible for return.

How to Receive a Refund

In order to be eligible for a refund you must meet all required criteria and conditions. If you wish to return your Revibe, please contact us directly at 919-521-8444 and we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return form to submit with your return  Once you have an RMA number you can then send your Revibe with a copy of the receipt and a completed return form including RMA number to:

Additional Conditions:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed and paid within 2 weeks of receipt of returned product.
  • You shall cover all shipping charges for returns and assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Revibe. 

 

Limited One Year Warranty

What is Covered

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship in your Revibe.

How Long Coverage Lasts

This warranty runs for one year from the date you purchase your Revibe.  

What is not Covered

Batteries, or any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse or an act of God (such as a flood) are not covered.  Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

What Revibe Technologies Will Do

Revibe Technologies will repair or replace any Revibe that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.

How to Get Service

In order to be eligible for service under this warranty, you MUST  provide a copy of your original purchase receipt.

If something goes wrong with your Revibe, please contact customer support immediately at 919-521-8444 orSupport@RevibeTech.com.  Subsequently, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return form may be issued to you.  If this occurs you can then send your Revibe postage paid with a completed return form including RMA number to:

If the Revibe you return to us is found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the one-year warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no expense to you.  We will send you a replacement product at the address you specify to us (US only).  

How State Law Applies

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Disclaimer of Medical Liability.  Revibe is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, nor is it a substitute for any professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.  Accordingly, Revibe Technologies does not provide any warranty or representation with respect to the merchantability, fitness or suitability of Revibe for treating any medical condition.  Because Revibe is not a medical device, it has not been manufactured in accordance with quality standards that may be necessary for materials intended for use in medical device applications and Revibe Technologies has not sought or received any rulings from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as to the safety or effectiveness of the RE-vibe for medical purposes.  Purchasers of the Revibe proposing to evaluate or use the Revibe for a medical purpose should rely upon qualified medical professionals before doing so.If you have a medical or heart condition, consult your doctor before using the Revibe.  If you experience a medical emergency, stop using Revibe and consult with a medical professional.

Skin Irritation.  If you notice any signs of skin redness, swelling, itchiness, or other skin irritation from using your wristband, please discontinue. Continued use, even after symptoms subside, may result in renewed or increased irritation. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor. Do not wear your Revibe wristband more than twelve consecutive hours.  Doing so can lead to skin irritation or chafing.  Prolonged contact may contribute to skin irritation or allergies in some users.

Product Risks.   Revibe contains electrical equipment that could cause injury if not handled properly. This product is not a toy and should be used under adult guidance.  Do not allow children or pets to play with the product. The product includes/contains small components that can be a choking hazard. Do not use your Revibe product if the unit is cracked or damaged. Substances in this product and its battery may harm the environment or cause injury if handled and/or disposed of improperly. Do not dispose of your Revibe product in a fire. The battery could explode.  Be sure to remove from person/charger and cease use if your Revibe™ product feels warm or hot to the touch and contact customer service immediately, at 919-521-8444 or Support@RevibeTech.com

Prohibited Uses.  Do not submerge your Revibe in water.  Do not expose your Revibe to extremely high or low temperatures.  Do not leave your Revibe in direct sunlight for an extended period of time or in a hot vehicle as this could cause damage to the components.  Take care not to damage or puncture your Revibe. Do not place your Revibe product in a dishwasher, washing machine, or dryer.  Do not use your Revibe product in a sauna or steam room.  Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean your Revibe product. Do not insert any objects into the micro-USB charging port or the programming ports, other than the provided micro-USB charging accessories and plastic programming tools, respectively.  

Limitation of Damages.  EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REVIBE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF REVIBE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
