FokusRx: Advancing Digital Therapy for the Treatment of ADHD*
When school psychologist Rich Brancaccio saw his students struggling with focus and attention, he was inspired to develop a new solution. This led to the creation of the original Revibe, and later the Revibe Connect. These devices were designed by the Revibe team to help students manage attention issues without relying on pharmacologic solutions. Revibe Technologies’ next product in development is a safe and effective digital therapy option for kids struggling with ADHD.
Introducing FokusRx.
FokusRx is the fusion of behavioral science and technology. Currently in development and soon to enter a pivotal trial, this SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) will provide a new nonpharmacologic approach to treating attention and focus deficits associated with ADHD through a patented vibration technology.

How FokusRx Works*
FokusRx embraces a holistic treatment approach. It combines vibration reminder therapy with positive digital rewards and reminders while collecting novel insights (e.g. fidgeting, attention span, etc.) to allow for seamless care team collaboration.
STEP 1: Child’s Information Entered
Child’s information and schedules are entered in the app.
STEP 2: Wearable Provides Reminders to Improve Focus
Child places paired wearable device on wrist; wearable provides quiet vibration and text reminders to help the child focus, get back on task, and build self-awareness.
STEP 3: Data Collected
Data are collected actively through user response (tap-backs) and passively via sensors.
STEP 4: Algorithms Learn and Adjust for a Personalized Program
AI technology tracks attention span, fidgeting, steps, calories burned, and more.
Algorithms learn and adjust to the user’s individual needs and behavior patterns to create a personalized program.
STEP 5: Executive Functioning Is Bolstered
Executive functioning is bolstered throughout the day with custom text reminders.
Algorithms optimize vibration signals to ensure children do not become habituated or desensitized to reminders.
App rewards child’s progress with with fun animations, graphics, and trophies.
STEP 6: Insights Provided Through App and Portal
Parents/teachers receive push notifications when there are new updates and insights.
AI data analysis provides parents, teachers, and clinicians with detailed insights, accessed through the mobile app and HCP portal.
